I find it more consistent overall in my games recently. It probably just fits Lucian’s trade pattern better than PTA, while still having good scaling. Typical Lucian trade is E-AA-Q, or Q-AA, which doesn’t proc PTA. It does proc Electrocute, but Electrocute scales like shit. First Strike doesn’t.
