We had an issue with a package that we purchased with Capital Vacations. After a lengthy process, (2 months) we were able to get the issue resolved with the help of 2 employess. Mark Rabon, in sales, and Linda Coveleski in customer service were very helpful assisting with the matter, and stayed in touch with us throughout the process.
